Bundleo ("we", "us", "our") is a Shopify app that lets merchants create quantity-break, mix-and-match, and buy-more-save-more discount offers, and view analytics about how those offers perform. This policy explains what data Bundleo accesses and how it is used.
When a merchant installs Bundleo, we access the following data via the Shopify API:
We do not access or store customer personal information such as names, addresses, emails, or payment details.
Data accessed through the Shopify API is used exclusively to provide Bundleo's core functionality: displaying discount widgets on your storefront, and calculating analytics about their performance. We do not sell, rent, or share merchant or customer data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Offer configurations and aggregated order statistics are stored securely on our hosting infrastructure. Data is retained for as long as the app is installed on your store, and is deleted upon uninstall in accordance with Shopify's data protection requirements (GDPR webhooks: customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact).
Bundleo does not share data with third-party services other than the infrastructure providers necessary to host the app (e.g. our cloud hosting and database provider).
Merchants can request deletion of their store's data at any time by uninstalling the app, or by contacting us directly using the information below.
