These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your ("Merchant", "you") use of Bundleo (the "App"), provided by MAN Creatives ("we", "us", "our") through the Shopify App Store. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Bundleo lets merchants create quantity-break, mix-and-match, and buy-more-save-more discount offers on their Shopify storefront, and view analytics about how those offers perform. The App operates through the Shopify Admin API, Shopify Functions, and Theme App Extensions.
We process the minimum data required to operate the App, limited strictly to the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. We do not access, store, or use customer personal information (names, emails, phone numbers, addresses) — only anonymized order line item totals, used solely to calculate aggregate revenue analytics. Data is deleted upon uninstall, consistent with Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact).
You are responsible for the accuracy of the offers, pricing, and discounts you configure within the App, and for ensuring your use of the App complies with applicable law and Shopify's own policies. You must have the legal right to sell the products you configure offers for.
Paid plans are billed through Shopify's Billing API on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected). Charges are managed entirely by Shopify; we do not process or store payment card details. You may cancel or change your plan at any time from within the App or your Shopify Admin.
We aim to keep the App available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time, and may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including lost revenue or lost profits.
You may uninstall the App at any time from your Shopify Admin. Upon uninstall, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Shopify's compliance requirements. We may suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these Terms.
